On the 16th April at Southern sun Bice Restaurant at Hyde Park, there is going to be the most authentic Italian Buffet dinner I have ever eaten before. Our next monthly dinner will take place at the Southern Sun Hyde Park hotel on Saturday the 16th of April 2011. All funds raised at this dinner will be used to host both the Regional and National Jeune Commis and Jeune Sommelier competitions, taking place in Johannesburg during April and June 2011 consecutively.
The dinner promises magnificent views of Johannesburg in a relaxed and informal setting paired with sumptuous wines presented by Karen Lee from Iona Wines.
Executive chef Desree Gates and the culinary team of Bice will provide a stunning evening not to be missed!!
