A GREAT ACCOMPANIMENT

This dish is a fantastic accompaniment to any meat dish or even with pasta; it can also be added to another veggie dish to keep it vegetarian

Butternut and sage bake topped with gratinated camembert
Yield: 4
Ingredients:
1 large butternut
2 cloves garlic
10 sage leaves
60ml olive oil
Seasoning
1 camembert
                                                                                                                                
Method:

·         Peel and chop the butternut into cubes. Place on a roasting tray with 2 chopped garlic cloves and sage leaves, drizzle over the olive oil and season well then roast at 180’c until soft.
·         Mash all the ingredients until smooth then place into a oven proof dish.
·         Slice the camembert and lay on top, place under the grill until golden.
