Ingredients:
2 slices pumpernickle bread
30ml cream cheese
50g smoked salmon
2 caper berries
Method:
- Cut the bread into discs with a cutter, spread the cream cheese then top with a ribbon of smoked salmon.
- Cut the caper berries into quarter and place one ontop. Garnish with a sprig of fennel and some cracked black pepper.
