SOUTH AFRICAN INFLUENCE

And so after an extremely hot day in the winelands the family is coming home to a requested South African influenced dinner.

Tomato breadie with steamed bread
Cumin crusted yellowtail
Balsamic roasted vegetables
Baby corn, feta and sugar snap pea salad
Grilled ostrich fillet
AND homemade chili which they LOVE they have finished a entire jar already and onto the 2nd one.

1kg fresh red chillies
200g roasted garlic
150g ginger
50g salt
300ml oil
a few drops of truffle oil
