FRESH PASTA

FRESH HOMEMADE PASTA

I recently bought a fantastic Italian recipe book, so reading through it I ofcourse decided to make a pasta, actually im busy making it now and it so easy I have to share it.

RECIPE:

Pasta dough

Ingredients:

100g flour
1 egg
Pinch salt
Dash of olive oil

Method:
  • In a bowl combine the egg, salt and olive oil, add the flour and knead until a smooth silky dough is formed, about 10 minutes.
  • Leave in the fridge for 30minutes to rest.
  • Roll out on your pasta machine and decide what type of pasta you would like.
For dinner tonight is a beef, mushroom and tomato tagliatelli gratinated with some parmesan cheese.
