ORGANICALLY GROWN

ORGANICALLY GROWN

I am very suspicious when I buy "organic" food. Firstly it always costs a lot more, and how do we really know how organic it is. There is such a hype about organic, natural food these days but I seem to have come across a new variety of "organic" vegetables, they are packaged very minimal, have the label that says "Certified Organically Grown" with a big printed bold line saying " NO PESTICIDE RESIDUES ". They are from Checkers in Sandton City.

The best part is that they are no different in price to what the average normally grown vegetable costs.

Bringal organic - R9.99 (for 2)
Butternut organic - R10.99 (for 2)
Sweetcorn organic- R12.99 (for 4)

They are not huge vegetables which leads me to believe they are not pumped with water or any other enhancing drug. They seem like the vegetables i would pull out of my garden.

Im going to give them a try and whoever else wants to follow the GREEN trend should try them to.
