A HEALTHY START
Again as everyone is starting the New Year with a healthy kick I thought a simple fulling banana and muesli smoothies would go down well.
Bananas are so rich with vitamins that they are a great start to the day, they are but low in fat, but high in good carbs so they will keep you full for longer.
Bananas are mostly cultivated in the tropics now and the other similar starchier fruit is called a plantian.
Bananas are very good for the colon and alomg with other fruits are good in preventing colon and stomach cancers.
So combine 2 bananas with some fat free yoghurt, a teaspoon of honey and 4 tablespoons of muesli, blend together and drink immediatly, its a fantastic start to the morning.
